Agglomerate

Agglomerate is the combination of mineral particles of igneous and sedimentary rocks with natural substance – organic (ether) resin. Although the agglomerate is a man-made stone, its characteristics are by no means poorer than that of natural stone, sometimes even better. The production process of agglomeration consists of vibratory compression of all the components and air removal from the mix to eliminate porosity of the end product. Basic technical characteristics: density 2,250-2,300kg/m3, water absorption rate 0.02-0.04%, ultimate compression strength 40-45MPa, bending strength 55-60MPa, frost resistance 150 cycles, Mohs hardness 6, wear resistance 0.068-0.073g/cm2. When placed on cement grout, the agglomerate can be used outdoor: facade facing and sidewalks.

Our company can make from agglomerate footsteps, window sills, table tops, countertops, shelves, benches in sauna and many other things.

Also we have in store ready-made footsteps from agglomerate.

The “Jet-Ceramics” offers the agglomerate from Italy and Russia
